Central Intake is our admissions call center for accessing any of our inpatient or outpatient services at any of our locations. Our trained Central Intake Team is focused on helping people with emotional, behavioral and/or addictive disease access the appropriate level of care to meet their immediate need.
It is important to contact Central Intake immediately when a person in crisis has been identified. Our Central Intake clinicians are available 24/7 to guide you through the admission process. They will begin by asking questions to help assess the treatment needs of the individual. These questions include:
Patient information – date of birth, guardianship, insurance
Reason for referral – risk to self or others
Behavioral/mental health treatment history
Current medical status
