About Our Central Intake Line

​Central Intake is our admissions call center for accessing any of our inpatient or outpatient services at any of our locations​. Our trained Central Intake Team is focused on helping people with emotional, behavioral and/or addictive disease access the appropriate level of care to meet their immediate need.

It is important to contact Central Intake immediately when a person in crisis has been identified. Our Central Intake clinicians are available 24/7 to guide you through the admission process. They will begin by asking questions to help assess the treatment needs of the individual. These questions include:

  • Caller information
  • Patient information – date of birth, guardianship, insurance
  • Reason for referral – risk to self or others
  • Behavioral/mental health treatment history
  • Current medical status

Our Central Intake Team works hard to make the  referral process as easy as possible to ensure a quick response to your need. We value all of our customers and understand your concern for your patient, client  or loved one.

    Before Selecting Your Appointment,

    there are some circumstances that require our assistance with scheduling.

    Please verify the following before proceeding:
    • I am age 35 or older.
    • I am NOT experiencing any issues, such as a lump, nipple discharge or other changes.
    • I was not diagnosed with breast cancer within the last three years.
    • I have not breast fed within the last six months.
    • It has been one year or more since my last appointment.
