Adult Brief Treatment Outpatient Program

This outpatient program provides care to adults and seniors with a mental health disorder including, but not limited to, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety disorder. The program offers group and individual therapy and is designed to enhance the physical, mental, cognitive, and social well-being of adults and seniors.

Brief Treatment Outpatient Program Features

  • Monthly one-on-one consultation with psychiatrist
  • Individualized treatment planning
  • Group therapy
    • Five days per week (minimum of three days is required) 9 am - 12:30 pm or 9 am - 3 pm, depending on need
  • Case management
  • Transition planning and aftercare
  • Life skills education
  • Individual therapy 

Our Brief Treatment Program location:

Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, Medicare and most commercial insurances accepted.

    Before Selecting Your Appointment,

    there are some circumstances that require our assistance with scheduling.

    Please verify the following before proceeding:
    • I am age 35 or older.
    • I am NOT experiencing any issues, such as a lump, nipple discharge or other changes.
    • I was not diagnosed with breast cancer within the last three years.
    • I have not breast fed within the last six months.
    • It has been one year or more since my last appointment.
